Tracking required pending actions from the client or team is as important as tracking project tasks. Unresolved actions can block tasks from being developed or being delivered not as expected. Understanding that client time is very valuable and availability can be limited, we have to make sure that actions are requested as soon as possible which gives time to deliver them.
Ideally, these actions are resolved before development on the task is started, thus avoiding any delay in the process. Escalating pending actions before they become blockers is key to successfully delivering a project.
